"Pretty accurate most of the time"
I check kiplinger every so often for money and tax-related stuff, especially around tax season, though I can never remember if I started using it last year or maybe the year before. Most of what I’ve read seems accurate and lines up with what I see on other sites. A few articles are a little broad and don’t always get into the details I’m looking for, but overall it’s been useful. Not flawless, but solid enough that I’d give it 4 stars.

"Ended up being helpful"
I wasn’t really planning to get into budgeting stuff, but I’d been trying to figure out where my money kept disappearing every month and finally gave this a look. It was easy to follow, not overly complicated, and after trying out some of their suggestions for a bit, I actually noticed it helped me get my budget under better control.

"Feels current whenever I check it"
I check Kiplinger Letter regularly, and to me it almost always feels in sync with what’s happening at the moment. The articles make it easier for me to stay caught up without having to search all over the place. Overall, I’ve found it to be a really useful site.

"Got help quickly"
I had a billing question and they got back to me in what felt like maybe a few hours or so. It was straightforward and not much of a hassle, which I definitely appreciated.

"Decent site, just a little busy"
I was in a relaxed mood when I tried it, and overall it was easy enough to use. The main thing I noticed is that the pages feel a bit cluttered on mobile, so it took a little more effort to find what I needed.

"Simple billing help and an easy cancellation"
I got charged for a renewal and reached out to Kiplinger Letter to cancel. they were quick to respond and got the billing issue handled without making it awkward or dragging things out. The cancellation itself was straightforward too, which I really appreciated. I’ve dealt with other subscriptions where canceling feels like jumping through hoops, so this was a much better experience overall.

"Worth it for practical money advice"
I signed up for Kiplinger mostly because I kept thinking, okay, I really should understand retirement and taxes a little better. it’s been useful. The articles don’t feel overly complicated, which I appreciate, because I’m not trying to decode a textbook after work. I actually find myself using some of the info instead of just reading it and immediately forgetting it.
For what it costs, it feels like a good value compared with some other finance sites I’ve tried. It gives me what I need without making me feel like I’m wasting time clicking around forever. So far, I’m glad I subscribed.

"Useful newsletter, but they overdo it"
The newsletter is mostly helpful and a lot of the topics actually match what I’m looking for, but they need to stop cramming in so much extra stuff. It gets annoying, and that’s on them for not keeping it more focused
